1. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Local deliveries (within South Africa): 2-5 business days
• International deliveries: Varies by country (typically 7-14 business days)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs processing or courier service delays.

2. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product if you are not satisfied. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Returns Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@shoestreet.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Products that are worn, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
